The science

Every input, read together. Eight ways to understand your body.

You provide a set of biological samples, lab analyses and a short lifestyle questionnaire. We read them together — never in isolation — and turn them into eight everyday areas of your wellbeing, each explained in plain language. Switch between Core and Precision to see how the picture deepens.

The eight areas

  • Genetics

The traits you were born with. Your inherited profile suggests tendencies — how your body is predisposed to work with certain nutrients, foods and rhythms. We read your DNA once, and it informs everything that follows.

    Explore genetics
  • Metabolism

How your body turns food into energy, right now. Your current metabolic signals suggest how you are working with fuel today — a picture that can shift as your habits do.

    Explore metabolism
  • Micronutrients

The vitamins and minerals your body is working with. Your current micronutrient picture shows where your levels sit today, so you can follow how they change over time.

    Explore micronutrients
  • Gut microbiome

The ecosystem inside you. Your gut microbiome shapes digestion and much more. We explore it across three layers — the ecosystem itself, what it does, and how it may relate to the rest of your body.

    Explore gut microbiome
  • Substance & food response

How your body tends to respond to everyday things — caffeine, alcohol, lactose, gluten and more. Discover your personal response patterns, so choices feel less like guesswork.

  • Physical performance

Movement, energy and recovery. Your inherited and current signals describe how your body is built to move and bounce back — and what that suggests for the way you train and rest.

    Explore physical performance
  • Lifestyle fit

Where your biology meets your daily life. We bring your signals together with how you actually live — your sleep, your rhythms, your routines — so your plan fits your real days.

    Explore lifestyle fit
  • Body composition

What your body is made of, right now. Your current body composition shows the balance of muscle, lean tissue and body water today, so you can follow how it changes over time — with a clinic-grade body scan.

    Explore body composition

Body composition is measured in person with a clinic-grade body scan, offered with selected packages where on-site measurement is available; availability may vary by region.

Where the signals come from

A closer look at each layer.

The diagram above shows how the layers connect. Here is what each one actually is — signals from your biology and from how you live, drawn and analysed to clinical standards. How many layers you see depends on the package you choose.

  • Genetics

A one-time read of your DNA — the inherited layer beneath everything else.

  • Microbiome

Sequencing of your gut ecosystem, handled by specialist partner laboratories.

  • Blood

A focused blood panel, drawn and analysed to clinical standards by partner labs.

  • Metabolomics

Run by a dedicated specialist laboratory on a mass-spectrometry platform — the deepest layer of metabolic insight. Precision packages only.

  • Lifestyle

Your habits, diet and daily rhythms, captured through a structured questionnaire and short diary.

  • Body composition

A 30-second in-clinic scan reading skeletal muscle mass, body water and phase angle. Precision packages only.

A glimpse

What your picture might say.

Your results read like this — short, plain sentences you can actually act on. The cards below are illustrative, to show the tone and style.

  • Genetics

Your inherited profile suggests a tendency toward slower caffeine clearance.

  • Gut microbiome

Your gut ecosystem shows a diverse community across the groups we explore.

  • Metabolism

Your current metabolic signals suggest your body is working steadily with the fuels we looked at.

The method

How the science works.

Questions about what we measure, why, and how often — answered plainly.

Why do you combine so many different inputs?

Each input tells you something different. DNA shows your inherited tendencies — fixed, but foundational. Blood and metabolomics show what is happening right now. Your microbiome shows the ecosystem inside you. A body-composition scan shows your physical make-up. Lifestyle adds the context that makes everything else make sense. No single input gives the full picture; the value is in reading them together — one signal strengthens or qualifies another.

How is metabolomics different from a standard blood test?

A standard blood test measures a handful of specific markers — glucose, haemoglobin and a few others. Metabolomics uses a mass-spectrometry platform to measure thousands of small molecules simultaneously, including amino acids, lipids and sugars. It captures a far broader sweep of your metabolic landscape than a handful of selected checkpoints ever could.

How does your DNA relate to the other areas?

Your DNA describes your tendencies — how you are built to respond to certain foods, how quickly you metabolise caffeine, how your body is predisposed to absorb certain nutrients. It never changes, but it informs the context for every measurement we take. Think of it as the background layer that everything else is read against.

How often should I re-measure?

We suggest a full re-measure every six months for most users. Your biology is not static — diet changes, seasons change, life changes. Re-measuring lets you see how your signals shift over time and see whether the adjustments you have made are showing up in the data. Your DNA sample is collected once only.

What is the difference between Core and Precision?

Core includes genetics, microbiome, blood, and lifestyle — four layers that together give a rounded picture of your wellbeing. Precision adds metabolomics (the deepest metabolic read available), a clinic-grade body composition scan, and a live session with a qualified dietitian. That session is your opportunity to go through your results in depth, ask questions, and leave with a clear, personalised plan — not just data, but the guidance to act on it.
